A short diagnostic: what is actually blocking you, who has to agree, what evidence already exists, and what success would look like in twelve months. It ends with a written problem statement you recognise.

Simperium BV
Simperium is the consulting practice of Mitchell Silva — a bio-engineer by training who has spent his career on the applied side of health innovation, between research teams, industry, care providers and the patients the whole system is meant to serve.
That background shapes how the work is done. Strategy here is not a market map delivered from a distance; it is built with the people who will have to execute it, tested against how health systems really decide, and written so it survives contact with a funder, a regulator or a board.
The practice is deliberately small and senior. You work with the person you hired. When a project needs more hands or a specific specialism, Simperium brings in a trusted network of collaborators across research, regulatory, health economics and design — assembled for the project rather than carried as overhead.
